Writing and editing

Ende edited another 2 scenes that are up for approval. Only 4 more scenes left before the script is done! 

Art

700HASH finished the very last game CG at the end of last month! This is excellent news; at least for us as art tends to be the most time-consuming part of making a VN. With that huge undertaking behind us, this make a release before 2023 all the more probable.

Voice acting

Voice recording sessions resumed at the end of May; in which part 2 of the game's script was done! We still need to go over each of them; pick which takes we'll keep and send the voice clips to our audio editor.

Programming

Not a whole lot got done these past 3 weeks, for DoKomi reasons. Fable managed to get almost all of scene 27 done though!

Beta build

Scene 17a dropped yesterday! Due to its length, this scene had to be split in half, with "scene 17b" coming out next week. As a reminder, the beta is updated  (at least) bi-monthly and available for patrons in the "Xenophile" tier and Kickstarter backers in the "Best Value in the Galaxy" tier.

Extended demo

A few weeks ago we sent everyone who pre-ordered the game through Kickstarter or itch the keys to the upcoming The Symbiant game --which includes the possibility to download its extended demo at no additional cost! Check your spam folder if you can't find our email and don't worry --that key will be re-sent to you later upon full game release!

If you did not pre-order the game, you can play the extended by signing up to our lowest Patreon tier ($5) or, well, pre-ordering the game now!

New upcoming language

We're also happy to announce a traditional Chinese version of the demo is in the works and will be available in the coming months!
