New character *___*

Hey, all!

We have a new character we'd like you to meet! 

They are a shady black-market technician with a few kinks, an unorthodox sense of aesthetics, and strong underworld connections. They operate (literally and figuratively) under the nose of the Guiding Light corporation. Due to their unique specialty and a questionable morals their services are highly sought after by many shady individuals.

They are non-binary character that Bastian and Unit 532 meet during their quest to get back the device that caused our protagonist's distress. Will they be a friend or a foe?
